Hand Conditions We Treat

Trigger finger

A1-pulley tenosynovitis causing finger locking or clicking — resolves with cortisone injection in ~75% of cases.

Thumb CMC osteoarthritis

Base-of-thumb pain and weakness on pinch grip — splinting, hand therapy and injection as appropriate.

Dupuytren’s contracture

Palmar fascia thickening pulling the fingers into flexion — monitored and referred for definitive treatment when appropriate.

Post-injury stiffness

Rehabilitation of range and grip after finger or hand injuries.

Nail-bed / soft-tissue infection
